OpenCapacity Speaks At BusWorld Europe 2025

Last week, our CEO Gerrit Boehm headed to Brussels to speak at the Digital Mobility Solutions session during Busworld Europe 2025, focusing on the importance of  User Awareness & Inclusion on the Implementation of Digital Assets in Passenger Transport

Gerrit and the other panelists' discussion explored themes such as how digitalisation, data, and smart mobility are transforming public transport. The discussion focused on creating an inclusive mobility system that caters to diverse user needs, including those of users with disabilities/special abilities or those with limited digital access.

During the discussions, Gerrit was able to exchange ideas with industry experts and companies and highlight the work that our capacity forecasting solution does to improve public transport users’ awareness of available space on public transport, allowing us to make a meaningful contribution in advancing user-centric mobility across Europe.
