It allows us to see how demand evolves across an entire network, where capacity constraints actually emerge, and how these dynamics shift throughout the day.

These new insights are reshaping how transport systems are understood and managed - unlocking new opportunities to optimise operations and improve the passenger experience.

Instead of relying mainly on static models and periodic studies, transport systems can increasingly be analysed and forecast dynamically - from long-term infrastructure needs down to short-term capacity forecasts for individual trains, lines or stations.
